Wega USA is happy to assist in the initial and ongoing training of your sales and technical staff. We hold regular technical trainings at our facility in Greensboro, NC and on occasion will travel to the locations of our distributors as well. While training in our US office, Wega USA provide lodging and food for our distributors and service companies that participate. These training sessions are crucial for the success of our end users, distributors and service companies, and ultimately, Wega USA. For this reason, we are willing to be flexible to meet the needs of those who require training and education on Wega espresso machines.
Training classes are typically held 3 times a year. Please see schedule below for more details.
Although Wega covers both food & lodging, trainees are responsible for travel in and out of town. If need be, we are able accommodate travel to and from the hotel to office and back. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport.
Upon completion of training classes, trainees will receive “Traditional Machine Certification”.
Trainees leave with the knowledge of:
• Components of the espresso machine
• Understanding of how each part works
• Become familiar with water flow and electronic commands and delivery
• Ability to troubleshoot common issues when diagnosing problems
• How to set up a machine for installation
